Jennifer Young! Seen here receiving the commemorative bucket today by its namesake, Peter Nicholson. Peter is the only player from McIlwraith to have represented the club at State level and in two world championships. 

Ten players with handicaps of 9 and above took to the lawns for this Club competition --all demonstrating their playing potential with a combination of jump shots, long rocquets and shrewd tactics. Jennifer along with John Taylor made their way into the final after winning three out of their four games, and a count back on hoops. Jennifer won the first game and unfortunately, after a gallant effort, John retired unwell in the middle of the second game. Congratulations to Jennifer and John and all our 9 and aboves for competing.
