Except for the Final, games will have a 75-minute time limit. 

If a game is tied when the bell goes, the deciding hoop will be played.  

Entrants will be required to play a maximum of 7 games. 

The tournament will be organised as a single block if there are 10 or fewer players. 

If there are more than 10 entries, there will be two blocks. 

Each player will play each of the others in their block.  

All Round Robin games will be played on Thursday 27th June. 

There will be no knockout games if there is one block of entrants. If there are two blocks, there will be semifinal knockout games, contested by the top two players of both blocks.  These will be the best of three timed games played on the morning of Friday 28th June. 

The best-of-3 game Final (untimed games) will be played Saturday morning, 29th June at 8.00am. 

The games schedule will be available from 22nd June. 

By agreement with your opponent, you may re-schedule any round-robin game, as long as it is played prior to 5.30pm on Thursday 27th June. 

All entries must be made online by entering your name to the President’s Cup Play Day Sheet on the Club website. 

You must be available to play at any time on the three days of the competition, i.e. Thursday 27th, and on the mornings of Friday 28th and Saturday 29th June. 

We will not be using the previously used paper Entry Forms.
